Shipping Information:

We ship our books and prints from Hong Kong to the most popular destinations and the cost of shipping is calculated during the check-out process. We apologise if your country does not appear in the list - please contact us to discuss other options. Unfortunately, due to the high tariff costs, shipping of books to the United States is temporarily suspended. However, prints can be produced locally, and are therefore not subject to restrictions currently.

Items are shipped via surface mail, air-mail, or international air courier. After you have entered your email address during the check-out process, select the country name in order to see options for shipping.

Please note that international customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply when shipping items from Hong Kong to other countries. The recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges that may be levied by customs authorities.

Returns & Refunds:

In the very unlikely event your product should arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know and send us photographs of the damage within 48 hours, and we will gladly send you a replacement. If you wish to return your item for any other reason, we have a 14-day returns policy. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with all of its original packaging.
